Christian Programming Like No Other

   We are not your Grandmas Network.

The term "programming" obviously refers both to television content and to strategies of  selection and presentation. Yet shifts in the medium of television over the past two decades have called into question the apparently nature of both. Modern television, after all, goes beyond the broadcast mode of operation which shaped the medium for so many years. Today, a television is not just for receiving entertainment, but also a device for viewing DVDs; connecting your gaming device; or in many case a extension of your computer; especially if your TV is HD. Increasingly, it is also a means of  telecommunication, of accessing dedicated information services; transacting home shopping or completing your education on-line. As television itself is morphing into who knows what  (will it make my coffee soon?) these  events leave one obvious fact, television is not what it used to be.

That is evident even as it relates to Christian television. Since 1960 when the first Christian network was launched, there been many networks added to the roster. Then there is also non traditional family friendly programming provider. They carry a variety of traditional and family friendly networks and are available by subscription. The birth of the Internets 'information highway'  has opened the door for literally thousands to expose their churches, ministries, business, music projects books, events and more. The Internet has also paved a the way for many who lacked the start up capital to start a network of to air their broadcast on traditional Christian network are utilizing web based Christian Television networks. The problem that this creates is there are so many choices available; potential viewers are lost in the ' quaigmire'  or suffer from Christian content overload.

Are the existing Pastors prepared and equipped to to reach this end time generation?  "And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding," Jeremiah 3:15.

In order to feed with knowledge and understanding you must first have it. We understand the need for resources, information and networking opportunities for existing and future Pastors. But, there is also the need for Pastors to be ministered to. Leaders need a different type of ministry. They also need to have ministry that is not only specialized but not able to be accessed by those they are leading. 

What about in business? If business men and women are not positioned with the tools necessary to make their businesses successful; they will cease to exist. And, for those that are  "successful" if they do not have a personal relationship with Jesus; the kingdom suffers. That is where Deuteronomy 8:18 comes in; " But you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He that gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish his covenant which he swore unto your fathers, as it is this day". We are seeing the effect of the misappropriation of finance daily. People with wealth who abused it and did not understand that God empowers with wealth so the Kingdom of God can be manifest.

Through our programming, we want to reach the saved and unsaved business person. We want to fill the void and minister to and meet the needs a s well.
